Thunderstorms are producing Rainfall Rates of 2 to 4 Inches in a Short Period of Time. this will Likely Cause Flash Flooding Across Lafayette. Also Heavy Rains Continue to South of Church Point. Heavy Rains Have Fallen Across the area in the Past Two Hours from Lake Arthur Northeast to Crowley and Flooding is Likely Continuing in These Areas As Well. Locations in the Warning include but are Not Limited to Sunset Leonville, Iota, Grand Coteau, Eunice, Church Point, Carencro Breaux Bridge and Arnaudville Additional Rainfall Amounts of 2 to 4 Inches are Possible in the Warned Area.
