* tornado Warning for:
Extreme West Central Lafayette Parish in South Central Louisiana
Acadia Parish in Southwest Louisiana
this Includes, Iota, Crowley
East Central Jefferson Davis Parish in Southwest Louisiana
Northeastern Vermilion Parish in Southwest Louisiana
this Includes, Kaplan, Abbeville

* Until 1130pm CST

* At 1059pm CST, National Weather Service Radar indicated A
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 11mi South
of Abbeville, or About near Intracoastal City, moving Northwest
at 53 MPH.

* The tornado will be Near
Abbeville by 1110pm CST
Kaplan by 1120pm CST
Crowley by 1130pm CST

The Safest Place to be During a tornado is in a Small Interior Room.
Get Under a Workbench or Other Piece of Sturdy Furniture, Seek
Shelter on the Lowest Floor of the Building in an Interior Hallway Or
Room Such As a Closet. Use Blankets or Pillows to Cover your Body And
Always Stay Away from Windows.

if in Mobile Homes or Vehicles, Evacuate Them and Get Inside A
Substantial Shelter. if No Shelter is Available, Lie Flat in The
Nearest Ditch or Other Low Spot and Cover your Head with your Hands.

A tornado watch Remains in effect Until 1000am CST Saturday Morning
for Southwestern Louisiana and Southeast Texas.
